How the Training Works
Selected participants work directly alongside the Redrawall team on active projects, gaining hands-on experience from surface preparation to final refinement.
You will learn:
- Surface preparation and protection
- Venetian plaster and decorative textures
- Marble and stone effects
- Metallic finishes and limewash
- Microcement application and refinement
- On-site problem-solving and professional standards
Every project is different. Every wall presents new challenges.
Instead of repeating the same exercise in a classroom, students learn how to adapt, think critically, and solve real-world problems under professional guidance.
One Participant. Realt Projects. One Month
We accept only one participant each month.
During the mentorship, that participant works directly alongside the Redrawall team across our active project schedule—typically gaining hands-on experience on three real projects during the month.
Because the program is entirely connected to confirmed client projects, training dates and availability may vary.

Who Should Apply?
Redrawall Academy is designed for individuals who are serious about mastering decorative finishes and building a professional career in the industry.
Previous experience is welcome but not required. What matters most is discipline, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and respect for the craft.
We are not looking to fill seats.
We are looking for future surface artisans.
